THE BERTHA PROJECT GEAR

It is imperative to acknowledge that the prices for our gear may seem relatively elevated. This is due to the fact that all net revenue is earmarked towards the procurement of essential goods and services for communities in need. This serves as another means of supporting humanitarian efforts, where donors receive a tangible item in recognition of their support. "All clothing is pre-faded to reduce color loss after washing. Our tests show that pre-fading preserves the original color longer than bright colors that quickly lose their sharpness after washing."

The Bertha Project is a humanitarian initiative that uses retired firefighters and law enforcement officers to provide aid to communities devastated by manmade and natural disasters. These retired professionals are highly trained and experienced in disaster response, and they can offer communities professional advice and assistance.

The Bertha Project is staffed by volunteers from all walks of life, but the Bertha & Kiki crews are made up of retired first responders. These crews are easily identifiable by the RFR patch displayed on their uniforms.

The Bertha Project understands that the general public wishes to support this effort, and we have created a neutral color patch that the public can wear. The official patches worn by crewmembers will be full colors with black, white, red, and navy blue in the center. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these patches go towards aiding those in need.

Thank you for your support of The Bertha Project!
